Located in a prime position in the ski area on the Passo Sella in Canazei, at an altitude of 2,260 metres, the Fienile Monte welcomes its guests in the equally relaxed and exclusive ambience of a mountain hut.

Home to one of the most beautiful restaurants in the Dolomites, you can enjoy the fusion of Italian cuisine and Ladin tradition, receive a recommendation for the perfect bottle from the legendary wine cellar and relax in the warm and hospitable atmosphere of the chalet.

During the summer season, Alex and his team will welcome you for lunch every day, except on Tuesdays, when the chalet is closed.

On Friday evenings, a special aperitif awaits you at altitude, while on Saturday evenings you can enjoy an unforgettable dinner here at Fienile Monte, surrounded by the warm atmosphere of the chalet, the flavours of our home-style cuisine and the magic of the Dolomites at sunset.

On request, the chalet can be reserved for a private event.

A Toast at High Altitude

Every Friday, from 4:30 pm to 8:30 pm, let yourself be captivated by an aperitif designed to accompany the last light of the day, surrounded by Dolomite panoramas, good company and flavours to share.
For the occasion, we have created a special menu of tapas-style appetizers: small, delicious bites, prepared especially to make your aperitif even more flavourful and surprising.

Saturday evening

a dinner that will stay in your heart

Imagine the silence of the mountains at sunset, the fresh air of high altitude, the sky slowly lighting up with stars.
This is how your special experience begins.

Every Saturday evening, you can easily reach Rifugio Salei by car and, from there, let yourself be guided by the mountain atmosphere: it will take you about 10 minutes on foot to arrive at your destination, or you can use the quad transfer service.

A welcome cocktail with an aperitif buffet will be waiting for you, the perfect prelude to a dinner designed to stir emotions.

The menu includes a richly flavoured meat main course, with Fiorentina steak and Chateaubriand served on a hot plate, followed by a dessert to sweeten the evening.

Price: €85.00 per person

Our chalet is situated in a dreamlike position above the Passo Sella in the heart of the skiing area between Val Gardena and Val di Fassa. Enjoy the magnificent view of the surrounding Dolomite peaks and visit us directly from the ski slope.
The Fienile Monte is a worthwhile, exclusive excursion destination if you are on the Sella Ronda and can also be easily reached by ski lift. Due to limited seating, we strongly recommend that you book a table before your visit.
